At Facebook Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new look isn't perfect, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred resolution.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of the parcel and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
